SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Orders of $50 or more will receive complementary shipping.  Shipping policies are subject to change.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Body, Bath & Shower products are made to order and generally ship within 48 hours; however, production and delivery times may vary.  Additionally, every effort will be made to ensure in stock inventory is available for face products; however, during peak ordering times delivery timeline may vary.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from French and English, we are happy to work with you to make it right by providing (1) an exchange for other products, or (2) store credit.  Please contact us at customercare@frenchandenglishonline.com to discuss any concerns you many have.

 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately!

 

Once your items are delivered, you have 5 days to contact us to obtain a return authorization for exchange or store credit. Our policy allows for exchanges or store credit only, no refunds.  We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. 

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

 

No exchanges or store credit on clearance items.  Products with this restriction are noted as such in the product description.

 

All returned products must be in the original packaging.  Please note:  All F&E Face products must be unopened (sealed with factory seal), unused, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange or store credit.   

 

However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. 

 

Return instructions:  All returns must include a tracking number and be shipped to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx, and be received by us within 14 days of initial delivery to you.  Please provide us with the tracking number for your return: returns@frenchandenglishonline.com.  Failure to do so, may delay processing your exchange/store credit.   Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving the product back.
